Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Matric and an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Public Administration Management, recognized by SAQA.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience at a Middle/Senior Management level.
- Certification: Pre-Entry Certificate for SMS required.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Public Service prescripts, the Department’s mandate, performance management frameworks, and improvement strategies within the Public Service.

Duties:
- Strategically direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and policies for effective and efficient resource management.
- Analyze statistics and align provincial housing needs with human settlements’ programs.
- Manage planning for beneficiary management in sync with Integrated Development Planning for infrastructure.
- Oversee customer care support.
- Lead the business unit management effectively
