Minimum Requirements for the Pick n Pay Learnership Programme
Candidates that would like to apply for the Pick n Pay Learnership Programme must meet the following requirements:
- Must have completed the 18-month Workplace Experience Programme.
- Must be available for 12 months.
- Must have a TVET N6 Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Admin, or HR qualification.
- Must attach a certified copy of their ID to the application.
- Must attach a certified copy of their TVET N6 Diploma to the application.
Applicants must be prepared to undergo a competency-based interview to test the above requirements.
Short-listed applicants may be requested to take relevant assessments.
