    Minimum Requirements for This Workplace Experience Programme

    Candidates seeking to join Workplace Experience Programme must meet the following requirements:

    • Must be available to complete an 18-month Learnership.
    • Must own an N6 Hospitality, Marketing, Business Admin, and HR.
    • Must own a Human Resources Management, Business Admin, or Business Management qualification (for a post in Kensington).
    • Must attach a certified copy of their ID to the application.
    • Must attach a certified Copy of their N6 certificate to the application.

    Applicants must be prepared to undergo a competency-based interview to test the above requirements.

    Short-listed applicants may be requested to take relevant assessments.
