The Department of Home Affairs in collaboration with the Public Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) invites applications for their 2023 Cadet Learnership Programme. This is a Youth Development Empowerment initiative that supports the National Development Plan’s recommendation to create formal recruitment schemes that afford the unemployed youth of South Africa the opportunity to gain skills, knowledge, and experience. At the same time, through academic training and experiential learning, participants will position themselves for active and meaningful contributions to the labour market.
