The Gautrain service operates over a network of routes, serving both commuters and travellers with multiple stops along the way. Here’s a breakdown of the major Gautrain stations and the routes they cover:

2. Sandton

Sandton is one of the most popular stations, as it is centrally located in Johannesburg’s business district. It’s also a gateway for travellers heading towards Rosebank, Midrand, and Marlboro.

3. Rosebank

The Rosebank station provides easy access to one of Johannesburg’s most vibrant areas, with excellent retail and dining options. It’s well-connected to the Sandton station and the Gauteng Airport network.

4. Marlboro

Marlboro station serves areas just north of Sandton and connects commuters to Pretoria, Midrand, and Centurion. It’s a key stop for people travelling through the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.

5. Midrand

Midrand Station is positioned to serve the Midrand and Centurion areas, offering direct routes between Johannesburg and Pretoria. It’s a convenient choice for those travelling from the north and south.
