Hosted at the scenic Rietvlei Zoo Farm, this 5km obstacle mud run is designed exclusively for women, focusing on fun, teamwork, and laughter rather than podium finishes or competitive times.

Registration begins at 07:00, with the first batch of runners setting off at 08:00. Batches continue every 15 minutes throughout the morning to ensure everyone has enough space to tackle the obstacles safely.
