Available Positions

1. Post Designation: Management Assistant Trainee (18 Months Contract)
   Reference Number: EWC/TEM/05/2024
   Monthly Stipend: R4,200.00
2. Post Designation: Management Assistant Trainee (24 Months Contract)
   Reference Number: EWC/TEM/06/2024
   Monthly Stipend: R5,000.00

Educational Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• N6 Management Assistant Certificate

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for both roles are identical, and successful candidates will be expected to manage a variety of administrative and student-related duties. These include:

1. Student Administration
   • Capturing students’ attendance registers and maintaining accurate records.
   • Registration of students during enrollment periods.
2. Academic Administration
   • Capturing student marks and assisting with exam-related tasks.
   • Filing documents and maintaining an organized filing system.
3. General Office Duties
   • Typing documents, taking meeting minutes, and supporting with other administrative tasks.
   • Following up on outstanding student debts to ensure accounts are up to date.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Educational Qualification: N6 Management Assistant Certificate.
• Previous Internship Requirement: Applicants who have previously completed an 18-month internship are not eligible to apply.
