Matric Results 2025: Key Dates Announced

According to the Department of Basic Education, the 2025 National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations will end on 27 November 2025. Minister of Basic Education, Ms Siviwe Gwarube, will officially announce the national results on 12 January 2026.
Learners will be able to access their matric results from 13 January 2026. This is when results will be available both online and at exam centres.

There are several ways for candidates to access their results:
- Visit the school or exam centre where you wrote your exams to collect your official statement of results.
- Visit the Department of Basic Education’s website at www.education.gov.za from 6:00 AM on 13 January 2026.
