- Post Designation: Management Assistant Trainee (18 Months Contract)

Monthly Stipend: R4,200.00 - Post Designation: Management Assistant Trainee (24 Months Contract)

Monthly Stipend: R5,000.00
Educational Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- N6 Management Assistant Certificate
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities for both roles are identical, and successful candidates will be expected to manage a variety of administrative and student-related duties. These include:
- Student Administration
- Capturing students’ attendance registers and maintaining accurate records.
- Registration of students during enrollment periods.
- Academic Administration
- Capturing student marks and assisting with exam-related tasks.
- Filing documents and maintaining an organized filing system.
- General Office Duties
- Typing documents, taking meeting minutes, and supporting with other administrative tasks.
- Following up on outstanding student debts to ensure accounts are up to date.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Educational Qualification: N6 Management Assistant Certificate.
- Previous Internship Requirement: Applicants who have previously completed an 18-month internship are not eligible to apply.
