The Purpose of the Bidvest Learnership
This learnership is an opportunity for Abled and PWD (People Living with Disabilities) to gain experience and qualification in the Freight and Logistics industry. Its offices can be found nationally namely in the Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Western Cape.

Minimum Requirements for the Bidvest Learnership
To qualify for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must be available and committed to working full-time for 12 months.
- Should have an avid interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities for the Bidvest Learnership
- Be committed to a 12-month Learnership program which will be made up of theoretical and practical components within 3 divisions.
- All modules will be completed on the BIL eLearning Platform, and a portfolio of evidence must be completed and submitted upon completion of the qualification.

- Be accountable and responsible for self-management, i.e.: stipend and studies.
