Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Herbs

This simple yet elegant dish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and perfect for festive dining.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
