The planned reductions are part of a broader effort to manage grid overload, reduce equipment failure, and improve energy stability.

What Is Load Reduction and Why Is It Happening?
Unlike national load shedding, load reduction is implemented in areas where there is a high risk of transformer overloading. This typically occurs in high-density communities or where illegal connections are prevalent. Load reduction prevents permanent equipment damage and long-term outages.

All scheduled outages occur in two time slots:
- Morning: 05h00 – 09h00
- Evening: 17h00 – 22h00
