Key Qualifications:
- Diploma in Administration: This qualification ensures candidates have a foundational understanding of administrative principles, practices, and tools necessary for effective office management.
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience: Applicants should have hands-on experience in administrative roles, ideally within a corporate or investment management setting, demonstrating their ability to handle responsibilities and challenges in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and investment administration systems: Candidates must be skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks.
