Job Description
The internship is a structured work-based program that provides unemployed graduates with work experience in the company. This program gives graduates workplace experience or an opportunity to practice the work skills that they have studied and to assist them in the future with their chosen occupations.
The successful applicants will enter into a fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with OUTsurance and receive a stipend. This is a learning opportunity for a graduate who has a passion for people and would like to gain experience to pursue a full-time career in Human Resources.
Minimum Requirements for the Human Resources Internship
To be eligible for the Human Resources Internship, you must meet the following criteria:
Job Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent.
- Must have completed a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/Labour Relations/BCom Law/LLB and related qualifications.
To qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Unemployed in the last 2 months.
