Rolls-Royce has taken bespoke luxury to new heights with the reveal of the Cullinan Cosmos, a one-off creation inspired by the wonders of outer space. Designed in celebration of the Milky Way, this unique SUV pushes the boundaries of artistry and craftsmanship within the British marque’s lineup.
A Starlit Masterpiece
The centrepiece of the Cullinan Cosmos is its extraordinary hand-painted starlight headliner, the first of its kind from Rolls-Royce. Crafted with more than 20 layers of acrylic paint, the design features ethereal, cloud-like formations and a misty effect achieved not with a traditional brush, but a makeup brush. Fine detailing was added through a speckling technique, and fibre-optic perforations were painstakingly inserted by hand, replicating a constellation of stars. Creating this celestial canopy required over 160 hours of meticulous work.
A Star Cluster motif, developed collaboratively between Rolls-Royce designers and the commissioning client, continues the cosmic theme. It adorns the door panels, headrests, and dashboard, all hand-painted to mirror the night sky.

An Interior of Celestial Luxury
Inside, the reclining seats are finished in a striking combination of Charles Blue and Grace White leather, with the latter carried through the stitching and piping. Piano White veneers grace the centre console, facia, and steering wheel, enhancing the light, airy atmosphere of the cabin.
The exterior of the Cullinan Cosmos is equally captivating, coated in Arabescato Pearl paint and accentuated by a hand-painted twin coachline in Charles Blue. Adding to its presence, the illuminated Spirit of Ecstasy crowns the bonnet, glowing as a beacon of Rolls-Royce elegance.

Performance to Match the Beauty
While crafted as a piece of rolling art, the Cullinan Cosmos retains the formidable performance of the Cullinan Series II. Under the bonnet lies a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine, producing 420 kW and 850 N.m of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, propelling the ultra-luxury SUV from 0–100 km/h in 5.2 seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h.
