Turning to KwaZulu-Natal, the coastal weather today forecasts warm temperatures, particularly in Durban, where early morning readings begin at 20°C, peaking at 28°C. Rain is likely in the evening, with temperatures dropping to around 24°C. Outdoor enthusiasts could enjoy the sunshine during the day, though beachgoers should be mindful of evening showers creeping in.

Eastern Cape: Mild but Rainy

Moving to the Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth and East London are in for mild temperatures ranging from 19°C in the morning to 26°C by afternoon, and then cooling off to around 22°C in the evening. Similar rain is expected later in the day, making it important for residents to plan accordingly.

Free State: Crisp and Comfortable

In the Free State, Bloemfontein will experience refreshing weather, starting at 15°C and reaching 23°C during the daytime. However, as dusk approaches, showers are forecast, bringing temperatures down to 19°C. Residents can enjoy a crisp day before the rainfall takes over.

Limpopo and Mpumalanga: Warm with a Chance of Rain

In Limpopo, Polokwane will enjoy bright sunny spells with morning temperatures at 16°C, which will rise to 24°C by midday, but drops to 20°C later, with rain expected. Mpumalanga sees similar conditions, with Mbombela featuring a range from 16°C to 24°C, punctuated with afternoon rainfall.
