Minimum Requirements for the PIC Graduate Programme
To qualify for this prestigious opportunity in the PIC Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be South African citizens not older than 25 years.
- Must have obtained a 60% pass in each module and an overall average of the most recent results.
- Must have no work experience in the field of study and have not participated in any other graduate/leadership programme.
- Must have a strong desire to work in financial services (asset and investment management).
- Must have a proven record of academic excellence.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Only candidates who have been shortlisted among the graduate applicants will be automatically considered for the vacation work opportunity and then they will be evaluated for potential inclusion in the PIC Graduate Development Programme for the year 2024.
