In this article, we are covering the incredible opportunity being made available by the group to 5 unemployed learners LIVING WITH DISABILITY (PWD) to complete a 12-month Learnership Programme.

Minimum Requirements for the Clicks Group Ltd Learnership

Matric / Grade 12 (Essential).
Person living with a disability (PWD).
Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.

Job description for the Clicks Group Ltd Learnership

The role is suitable for applicants who:

Want to work and obtain a qualification at the same time.
Are passionate about healthcare.

The positions will be based at the group’s Head Office in Johannesburg, Roodepoort Lea Glen, and successful candidates will report to the Department Manager.

The learnership programme consists of theoretical and practical components that are designed to give participants the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their job function.

As a Learner in this programme you will be required to:

Attend the required training contact sessions.
Complete all classroom activities & on the job training.
Submit a Portfolio of Evidence that shows competency against a set of learning outcomes.
Provide support to the team under the supervision of the Line Manager.
Successfully complete the Learnership programme and meet competency criteria.
