The Northwestwill enjoy fine, cold to cool weather, with clear skies and no significant weather disruptions. A relatively easy day for those living here! - Free State:
Expect morning fog in the eastern parts of the Free State, but by midday, it should be clear. The rest of the day will be cold, with sunny patches. It’s a good day for outdoor activities, as long as you dress warmly! - Northern Cape:
The Northern Cape will see fine, cool to cold weather throughout the day, especially in the southern parts, where temperatures will be very cold. But with mostly clear skies, it’s the best weather across the country. - Western Cape:
The Western Cape will see fog in the northeastern parts early in the day, but the rest of the province will have fine, cool weather. Expect chilly temperatures, especially inland, but with plenty of sunshine to enjoy. - Eastern Cape (Western Half):
Residents in the western half of the Eastern Cape will see fog in some areas, but it will clear by midday. The day will remain cool with colder conditions in the higher areas. It’s a good day to get out and enjoy the crisp weather once the fog lifts. - Eastern Cape (Eastern Half):
In the eastern half of the province, morning fog and frost will be an issue, but the skies will clear up in the afternoon. Expect cold to cool weather, making it a perfect day for indoor activities if you’re not a fan of the chill. - KwaZulu-Natal:
KwaZulu-Natal’s western regions will experience morning fog, and the northern areas might see some light showers along the coast. The rest of the province will enjoy partly cloudy skies, with cool to cold temperatures.
