The learnership will cross-train individuals so that they can operate on both the sales floor and the service desk of a retail outlet. There is a wide range of available positions across stores in various departments including technology, marketing, finance, human resources, and others.

- Grade 10
- Passion for fashion and retail
Duties for the Truworths Learnership
- Work a minimum of 120 hours a week.
- Learn and provide knowledge.
- Prepare for assessments.
- Assist customers with finding merchandise.
- Merchandise the store according to the MBP principals.
- Payments and purchases on the POS system.
- Open new accounts.
- Maintain or control stock losses.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Maintain customer security and safety.
